FOAM

Inspired by the white caps of the West Coast, these almost translucent porcelain thrown pieces are piled high with a thick bubbly glaze before being reduction fired. The placement of handles, textures of the glaze, and overall size requires the user to really focus on how they hold the mug,
giving them a more complex interaction with something people rarely even dub an
interaction. This work is a fun, light, and effervescent collection.
